HVAC Service Manager - West Warwick, RI | $130,000-$165,000 | Full-Time
A well-established residential and commercial HVAC contractor looking for a Service Manager who's ready to run a department, not just supervise it.
This is a leadership role overseeing a team of 20 technicians, drive scheduling and quality control, develop your people, and be the escalation point when things get complex. If you're a strong tech who's grown into management, or already there, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Solid HVAC background across residential AND commercial, we need someone well-rounded
- Real supervisory or management experience (not just senior tech)
- Technical range: RTUs, heat pumps, gas/oil/electric, boilers, hydronic systems, building controls
- NATE or manufacturer certifications a plus
- Comfortable with service management software and reporting tools
- Strong communicator with genuine people skills, this matters as much as the technical chops
What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day service department operations
- Schedule and coordinate service calls for maximum efficiency
- Coach, develop, and evaluate technicians
- Provide advanced technical support in the field when your team needs it
Compensation & Benefits:
