What You’ll Do
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, ductless systems, air handlers, boilers, and ERV systems.
- Install and modify ductwork (sheet metal and flex)
- Perform system start-ups and ensure proper operation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards
- Work alongside a Lead Installer or independently depending on job scope
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (ductless & heat pumps a plus)
- Ability to read and follow installation manuals and basic construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- EPA Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in basements, attics, and outdoor conditions

Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or installer in the HVAC industry with a strong mechanical knowledge base
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, and property maintenance systems
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and troubleshooting techniques
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating driver vehicles preferred
- Mechanical or technical training certifications related to HVAC/R are highly desirable
- EPA Certification

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
