7 AM - 3 PM Monday - Friday

On-Call rotation every 6+ weeks

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Vermont HVAC License (or ability to obtain within 90 days). EPA certification preferred.
Plumbing Experience: Preferred but not required—training and support provided.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and water treatment systems.
Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environments (e.g., basements, crawlspaces, outdoors).
Availability: Must be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services.

Core Responsibilities:

The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of plumbing and HVAC systems, including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, water treatment systems, and more. You’ll work directly with high-end clients, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and their homes remain comfortable. Other responsibilities include:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on plumbing and HVAC systems.
Install new equipment and systems in residential settings.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of all service visits, including materials and labor.
Provide professional recommendations to clients for system upgrades or repairs.
Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.
