Needed:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility (stainless steel, metal fabrication, etc. environment preferred)
- 3+ years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility (metal or similar)
- Engineered to order (custom) work environment experience is helpful
- Overall good leadership / good all around people / emotional intelligence skills
- Proven Continuous Improvement experience and examples
- Independent decision maker who will drive solutions
- Firm but fair with accountability
