HVAC Service Technician Journeyman

This position is through Local 441 — candidates must be a member or willing to join.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (RTUs, boilers, chillers, refrigeration, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Read schematics and diagnose system issues
- Document work and communicate with customers
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman HVAC (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Universal
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to join Local 441

Compensation & Benefits
- Journeyman pay rate per Local 441 guidance (currently $40.86 per hour)
