Overview
We are seeking a skilled, in house, HVAC parts and job estimator to join our dynamic team. The requirements for this position shall include opening techncian work orders marked as "paused", collecting recommended parts required from the techncian on the work order which need to be priced, logging on supply house house portals to obtain pricing and convert parts pricing along with technician labor to create an estimate to be sent to customer. Training for this position will be supplied but basic knowledge with supplier portals is preffered.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for HVAC repairs utilizing our HVAC Service Fusion software and supply house portals
- Manage multiple projects and answering calls from customers
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services, answer questions, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC parts and equipment pricing
- Familiarity with estimating tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
