What We're Looking For in an HVAC Field Supervisor
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability across a wide range of HVAC systems, including boilers. Basic installation principal knowledge preferred too.
- Natural Teacher: You enjoy riding with the team, identifying gaps, and making people better at their jobs
- Leader on the Truck and Off. You hold the standard without being a micromanager. Technicians look to you for guidance.
- Sharp on the Customer Side - You communicate clearly, represent the brand well, and leave every home better than you found it
- Organized and Accountable: Paperwork is accurate, the van is clean, and your team knows you're reliable. Strong communication and customer skills
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and flat-rate pricing.
- Valid driver’s license required

What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of technicians through ride-alongs, in-house training, and daily field support. Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC failures and comfort issues. Oversee technician performance across revenue, maintenance agreement sales, and lead generation. Ensure accurate flat rate billing, truck stock levels, and job documentation. Review callbacks and help drive them down. Keep our service fleet sharp, our customers happy, and our culture strong.
You'll also play a hands-on role in the operational side of the business, coordinating parts ordering, managing warranty claims from start to finish, and conducting regular truck inventory inspections to make sure every tech hits the road ready. Beyond the field, you'll work directly with leadership to help build out processes and workflows that make our whole operation run smoother. Some administrative duties will be part of the role, and we're looking for someone who takes that seriously rather than shying away from it.

Position Details
- Location: Ashland, MA
- Full-Time, In-Person Role
- Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday with rotating on-call/weekend support as needed
- Must Have: Valid driver’s license and strong HVAC diagnostic experience
