Crane Operator – Full-Time (Immediate Openings)
Phoenix, AZ Area. We are a growing crane service company serving the Phoenix metropolitan area. We are looking for reliable, experienced Crane Operators to join our team. This is a busy role with consistent daily work — we need dependable people who show up every day and are ready to get the job done safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile/taxi cranes (up to 30+ ton capacity) on construction, HVAC, solar, landscaping, and other job sites.
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols, load charts, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with riggers and site crews.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid NCCCO certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven experience operating cranes.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic — must be available to work every day (full-time, consistent hours).
- Class B CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
