Overview
DEEM, LLC is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Project Manager with a strong background in supermarket refrigeration and cold storage systems to join our growing team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering commercial refrigeration projects for supermarket and grocery retail customers. This role oversees projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager works closely with customers, engineers, subcontractors, field technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supermarket refrigeration projects from kickoff through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project costs, timelines, quality, and overall performance.
- Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
- Resolve project issues and support field teams to keep projects on track.
- Oversee project commissioning, closeout, and customer handoff.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or supermarket construction.
- Experience installing and repairing supermarket refrigeration systems, including rack systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and refrigerant piping.
- Knowledge of commercial refrigeration controls and commissioning processes is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
