What You’ll Be Doing
This is where you shine.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC-R systems — including air conditioning, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
- Troubleshoot like a detective (but with gauges and meters instead of a badge)
- Deliver clear, confident explanations to clients — no mumbling, no guessing
- Complete work efficiently, accurately, and safely
- Represent ProToCall with professionalism on every single job
You won’t be micromanaged — but you will be expected to own your work.
What We’re Looking For
- EPA Certification (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
- Air Conditioning
- Refrigeration
- Commercial Cooking Equipment Repair
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills (if you can’t explain it, you don’t fully understand it)
