We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading mechanical & industrial engineering firm.
The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC systems projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced construction management software and technical expertise to deliver exceptional results.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional project coordination skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction scheduling and cost management.
Duties
- Lead the planning and coordination of HVAC installation projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Manage teams in a construction management role, providing guidance on technical aspects such as schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings.
- Utilize construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for project scheduling, cost estimation, and document control.
- Oversee construction schedule coordination to ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Monitor project progress regularly; adjust schedules and resources as needed to mitigate delays or issues.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Manage construction budgets by tracking costs against estimates; implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements related to HVAC systems and infrastructure.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide installation processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or heavy commercial HVAC projects within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid; project scheduling software including Primavera P6; and construction management platforms like ProCore!
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
