Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and comfort by performing routine inspections, emergency repairs, and preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems. Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently.
Conduct appliance installation, servicing, and repairs with precision to meet safety standards and operational requirements.
Maintain HVAC & appliance technology by staying current with industry best practices and new system updates.
Operate company vehicles safely for on-site service calls or equipment deliveries while adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to execute complex repairs involving mechanical systems repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and construction experience when needed.
Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in logs or digital systems to ensure accurate records for future reference.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical systems repair and maintenance.
Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting HVAC & refrigeration systems.
Hands-on experience with appliance repair, installation, and service technician responsibilities.
Some Knowledge of HVAC system repair including air conditioning units and HVAC/R technology Some training can be provided.
Ability to perform kitchen equipment maintenance effectively and efficiently.
Customer service skills that promote positive interactions with clients or internal teams during service calls.
Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and procedures.
Construction experience is a plus for handling upgrades or installations involving building infrastructure.
Leadership qualities to guide junior team members or assist in training efforts when necessary.
Carpentry skills for kitchen and unit remodels.
