Tri-State Water, Power & Air is hiring a Residential Service Plumber with a strong focus on water heater installs, replacements, and upgrades. Perform water heater installs and replacements (tank & tankless)
Recommend system upgrades (tankless conversions, capacity increases, efficiency improvements)
Educate homeowners and confidently guide them to the right solution
Provide upfront pricing and close jobs on-site
Deliver clean, professional installations and a strong customer experience
Manage your calls efficiently to maximize daily production

What We’re Looking For:

Proven residential plumbing experience, with strong water heater install background

Comfortable working in a performance-based / commission-driven environment
Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to earn
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

If you’re ready to take control of your income and focus on high-demand, high-revenue water heater work, apply today.
