We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC and plumbing experience to support a 115-unit multifamily community in West Ashley. This is a full-time stable position at a well-established property.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heat pump systems Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, valves, fixtures)Complete general maintenance (electrical, appliances, carpentry) Prepare units for new residents (make-readies / turnovers)Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections On call for after-hours emergenciesAccurately complete repairs and document work orders Electrical and mechanical HVAC componentsStrong organizational skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years of multifamily maintenance or HVAC service experience Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair skills, especially heat pumpsEPA Certification (Required) Solid plumbing troubleshooting and repair abilityAbility to work independently and manage daily workload Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationExperience with older multifamily properties
