G&M Roofing Professionals is looking for a driven, motivated Project Manager

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build their own book of business, sell roofing projects, manage jobs from start to finish, and earn based on performance.

We are looking for someone who is hungry, dependable, competitive, and willing to grind. If you are looking for a desk job where leads are simply handed to you, this position is probably not for you.

What You'll Do

Generate your own leads through canvassing, cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media
Document and perform residential roof inspections and identify roofing and restoration needs
Meet with homeowners and educate them on roofing options and the restoration process
Sell roofing and restoration projects
Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
Schedule and coordinate crews, materials, and suppliers
Manage jobsites and ensure work is completed properly
Inspect completed work and maintain quality-control standards
Coordinate with suppliers and pick up materials when necessary
Help resolve customer, crew, and project issues
Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Maintain a strong professional presence on social media to help build your personal referral network

What We're Looking For

Required:

Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to inspect roofs and comfortably work around residential jobsites
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable with sales and asking for the business
Willingness to generate your own leads
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to pick up materials from suppliers, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. when needed

The Ideal Candidate:

Has roofing, construction, restoration, or outside-sales experience
Is comfortable climbing roofs and inspecting properties
Has a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
Understands that income is directly connected to production
Has an established network or the ability to build one
Has a strong social-media presence or is willing to develop one
Wants to grow with a company rather than simply collect a paycheck

Compensation

This position offers a performance-based profit-sharing structure.

After project expenses are paid, the remaining project profit is used to determine the compensation split.

This position is structured around a 50/50/10 project profit-sharing model.

After all direct project expenses are paid, the total remaining profit is calculated.

10% of total project profit is allocated toward company overhead.
The remaining 90% of profit is split 50/50 between the Project Manager and G&M Roofing Professionals.

Example

$50,000 Project Revenue
− $36,000 Project Expenses
= $14,000 Total Project Profit

10% Company Overhead: $1,400

Remaining Profit: $12,600

Project Manager Share: $6,300

G&M Roofing Professionals Share: $6,300

This is a performance-based position, meaning your earning potential grows with the amount of business you generate and successfully manage.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to build their own customer base, generate leads, sell projects, manage jobs, and significantly increase their income through production.
