Experienced HVAC Installer

Real trade work on U.S. homes — heat pumps, done right.
The role
You will install heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork in Massachusetts homes with a crew that pulls permits and stands behind its work. This U.S. field role uses screening focused on work authorization, certifications, driving, and service area — no video pitches or lengthy asynchronous essays.
What you'll actually do
- Install heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork to code and manufacturer specifications.
- Pressure-test, evacuate, charge, and commission systems.
- Keep a clean, safe job site and document work with photos.
Who you are
- Experienced: 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Certified: EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification.
- Reliable: a valid driver's license and dependable, on-time attendance.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work in attics and crawlspaces, and climb ladders.
