Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician — Up to $130,000 including Paid Travel + Bonuses
Ross Company is hiring multiple experienced commercial HVAC service technicians in Haverhill, MA.
You get paid for your time, including travel. We offer weekly pay, a fully stocked company truck, 80% employer paid health and dental premiums, paid vacation/sick/holidays, a $250 on-call weekend bonus, and annual performance bonuses of 5–15%.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands on lead commercial HVAC service experience (On Call Included)
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Ability to participate in an on call rotation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Position Overview:
As a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role includes diagnosing system issues, performing preventative maintenance, ensuring proper equipment startup, and maintaining reliable system operation for our customers.
