HVAC Service Technician
We are a local, Residential Heating and Air Conditioning company in business for over 45 years. We are currently looking for HVAC service technicians who desire to grow with an excellent company.
Our Service Technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. Our specialists are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing customer systems, performing scheduled maintenance, performing warranty work, suggesting system improvements and modifications, etc. for our customers. This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions . You will also be required to work in small areas such as crawl spaces or attics.
Position Requirements:
- Min 2 years Residential HVAC experience
- High school diploma/GED
- EPA Universal certification
- Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus
- Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
- No sales pressure environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas furnaces, gas boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment
- Clean driving record
- Clean cut, professional appearance
Compensation
