RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBER
Greenwich, CT

Join a growing residential plumbing and heating company that's doing things differently — no rushed in-and-out service calls, no guessing games with pricing. Here, you'll be trusted to diagnose the whole picture, educate homeowners, and get paid well for doing the job right. If you take pride in your license, your truck, and your work, this is a seat at the table on a team being built from the ground up.

THE BASICS
Location: Greenwich, CT
Pay: $35–$60/hr base (higher end for more experienced techs), plus uncapped truck bonus and developing SPF bonus opportunities (see below)
Service Area: Primary focus within a 5-mile radius of Greenwich/Stamford, CT

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform residential plumbing service and install work — most jobs completed in 1–2 days, larger boiler jobs up to 4–5 days
Diagnose issues thoroughly, addressing root cause rather than just the immediate symptom
Conduct a full home plumbing walk-through on service calls (water quality, water pressure, pipe condition, water heater status) and explain findings to the homeowner in plain language
Present upfront, flat-rate pricing options using the company price book — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices
Build trust and rapport with homeowners to create a five-star customer experience
Keep your company-provided van and tools organized and job-ready
Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for genuine emergency calls
