Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile construction professional to join our team as a . This role involves working on diverse projects within the construction and restoration industries, utilizing a broad range of skills including carpentry, drywall, roofing, and remodeling. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and various fabrication techniques. Responsibilities

Perform construction tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and roofing.
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans accurately.
Install fixtures including doors, cabinets, siding, and other building components.
Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying as required.
Engage in restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, stucco application, and structural repairs.
Assist with remodeling efforts such as flooring installation, electrical wiring, plumbing work, and metal stud framing.
Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to industry codes and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite; ensure proper use of tools and materials.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame), roofing, masonry, or related fields.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques including mold remediation.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely.
Experience with fixture installation such as doors, cabinets, siding, drywall finishing, or flooring is preferred.
Familiarity with the restoration industry standards is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work.
Prior experience working on construction sites or in remodeling projects is highly desirable. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to quality craftsmanship and safety standards across various construction disciplines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.86 - $33.56 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
