Construction Carpenter (Non-Union)
Mentor, Ohio | Full-Time | Travel Preferred
Pay: $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Overtime Available | Occasional Travel

What You’ll Do
- Perform framing, finish work, and general carpentry tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work independently or with a crew on residential/commercial job sites
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Travel to job sites as needed (travel availability preferred; lodging/per diem provided)
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of carpentry/construction experience (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, or roofs
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Willingness to travel is a plus
