The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills and have three to five years of “HVAC” Technician experience. Responsibilities include meeting prospects, uncovering problems, and providing solutions.

Salary: Up to $125,000.00 per yearResponsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential problems
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Familiarity with refrigeration principles and techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
