We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field. REQUIREMENTS

2-10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair environments
EPA Universal Certification required
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and refrigeration principles
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel within a company vehicle to different site locations within the region
Excellent communication and customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, etc.)
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions
Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely manner
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts/labor documentation
Communicate professionally with clients regarding system status and recommendations
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies
Keep service vehicle and equipment organized and well-maintained

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
