We’re a growing commercial HVAC company seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can take charge of installation projects, work independently, and deliver high‑quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC equipment: RTUs, WSHPs, split systems, mini‑splits, VRFs, etc.
- Run piping, refrigerant lines, condensate, ductwork, and electrical for HVAC systems.
- Perform start‑up and commissioning on new installations.
- Read and interpret mechanical plans and specs.
- Lead small crews and ensure safe, efficient jobsite performance.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years commercial HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of piping, brazing, wiring, and commissioning
- EPA Certification required; TDLR HVAC Registration preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on rooftops
