Seeking Experienced Commercial HVAC/R Installers

We are seeking experienced commercial HVAC/R installers to join our growing team. We offer top pay, consistent work, and strong benefits for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Install commercial HVAC/R systems including split systems, RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, and water source heat pumps
Set equipment, hang and seal ductwork, and complete full system installs per plans and specifications
Run, braze, pressure test, evacuate, and insulate refrigerant piping
Install condensate drains, equipment supports, curbs, and associated components
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and submittals for accurate installation
Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, dispatch, supervisors, general contractors, customers, maintenance staff, and emergency service personnel
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in compliance with OSHA standards
Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Complete projects within scheduled timelines and communicate delays or issues clearly
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Work in commercial environments including rooftops, mechanical rooms, and construction sites in typical Texas weather conditions (heat, humidity, cold, and outdoor exposure)
Must hold an active TDLR HVAC Registration
Must have a valid EPA Certification
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
